By downloading or playing HookHero (the “Game”), operated by Rikon, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping any credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Game.
The Game includes virtual currency (coins and gems) and virtual items (skins, hooks, upgrades). These have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed—not sold—to you. We may modify, manage, or remove virtual items and currency, and may change prices, at any time.
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google’s terms. Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable; refund requests are handled through Google Play.
The Game is supported by ads. You may watch optional rewarded ads for in-game benefits, or buy an ad-removal/other options where available.
You agree not to cheat, hack, reverse engineer, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, or otherwise disrupt the Game or other players.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress will never be lost.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rikon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game.
We may update the Game and these Terms. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
