Delete Your Account & Data

For the game HookHero, operated by Rikon

You can request the deletion of your HookHero account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to request deletion

Email us from any address and include your in-game username (shown in the Friends screen) and/or the email address linked to your account, so we can locate it:

What gets deleted

• Your account identifier (anonymous or signed-in) and login credentials
• Your cloud save: progress, scores, in-game currency, and owned items
• Your username and friend connections
• Your leaderboard and ranked entries, and uploaded ghost runs

What may be retained

• Purchase records are processed and retained by Google Play under its own policies (we never hold your payment details).
• Aggregated, non-identifying analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
• Records we are legally required to keep, for as long as the law requires.

Timeline

We confirm and complete deletion requests within 30 days. Uninstalling the app does not by itself delete your cloud data — please use the request above.
